The lineup of entertainment for the first year of the new Bucks arena is already filling up with impressive names, from Elton John to Maroon 5 and many more. Today, the arena added another major name to its stage: comedian and movie star Kevin Hart, who will bring his "Irresponsible" comedy tour to the new arena on Thursday, Sept. 13.
Over the past several years, Hart has catapulted into the spotlight as one of the world's most famous comedians, performing sellout tours across the country and the globe, starring in several massive blockbuster movies – most recently including "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" with Dwayne Johnson – and releasing several stand-up comedy specials. For this particular stand-up show, Kevin Hart will be performing in the round, with the comedian on a center stage in the middle of the crowd.
Tickets for the show will go on sale beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 11 a.m. For more information, visit the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports District's website.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
