How sweet it is, to think about next year’s Summerfest!

On Monday, Summerfest announced that legendary singer-songwriter James Taylor and his All-Star Band are set to headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater during Summerfest on June 21, closing out the first weekend of the festival. Joining Taylor for the evening are GRAMMY-winning artist Jason Mraz and rising folk-pop trio Tiny Habits.

The June show is the first announced tour stop for Taylor in 2025, after previously touring the US earlier this year as well as select dates throughout Asia. He previously played the American Family Insurance Amphitheater in 2023, as well as 2018 during Summerfest.

Taylor is the third Amphitheater headliner announced for this year’s Summerfest lineup. Country star Lainey Wilson and folk-rock favorites The Avett Brothers are slated to perform during the festival’s second weekend.

Tickets for the show  go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Summerfest.com and Ticketmaster. Admission includes same-day access to the festival grounds. Summerfest Insiders will have early access to a presale starting Thursday, December 5th, at 10 a.m. For more information and ticket details, visit the Summerfest website.

Summerfest will return for three weekends in 2025, taking place from Thursday-Saturday on June 19-21, June 26-28, and July 3-5 of next year. Read more about that here.
