Flavortown officially has a 262 area code. That’s thanks to the launch of Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen, which is accepting orders for delivery starting today.

Guy Fieri, the popular chef and Food Network personality (perhaps best known for his role as host of “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives”) recently launched a chain of delivery-only restaurants in 23 cities across the U.S. Among them is... Brookfield.

Fieri is among a cadre of chefs taking advantage of the “ghost kitchen” concept to expand his brand during the pandemic. These low overhead restaurants operate out of existing commercial kitchens, sans dining room, offering contactless online ordering and delivery to homes and offices.

The Brookfield kitchen (operating out of Brookfield Square) offers a menu filled with the amped-up American cuisine for which Fieri has become known, including overstuffed burgers (The Real Cheezy is pictured above), Mac Daddy Mac n' Cheese, fried pickles, and appetizers like  bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, cheesesteak egg rolls, and wings slathered in Fieri’s bourbon brown sugar barbecue sauce.

And yes, there is  plenty of Fieri’s signature Donkey Sauce, a much lauded blend of garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
