Gilda's Club presents a "Show of Support Celebration / Fashion Show & Dinner" on Thursday, Sept. 15, at The Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Ave. Tickets cost $125 per person.
The event, hosted by WITI Fox 6 anchor / reporter Kim Murphy, starts at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception. Dinner and an award presentation start at 7 p.m.
Mark Shapiro will be honored with the presentation of the first annual Lee Kass Cancer Support Community Philanthropic Award, given to an individual or organization who has demonstrated benevolence and compassion to individuals and their families who are living with cancer.
