It’s a new era for the iconic Timmers Resort, 5151 Timmer Bay Rd. in West Bend as the property transitions over to new owner, F Street Hospitality, the group which oversees the operation of Pizza Man restaurants, Glass + Griddle and Venue Forty Two.
The resort, which dates to 1882, has been owned and operated by George & Judi Prescott since 2007 and has developed a reputation for both its restaurant, which offers casual fine dining with a view of Cedar Lake, and accommodations, which include six newly renovated guest cottages.
"We are looking forward to celebrating the history and tradition that makes Timmers Resort so special and ensuring that guests receive the same great experience they’ve grown accustomed to after all these years," notes Scott Lurie, president of F Street.
The restaurant, which features cuisine from 30-year industry veteran Chef John Grasso, was named among the Top 100 Brunch spots by Forbes in 2017, and offers a menu of casual cuisine and nightly specials including BBQ ribs, lobster tails and slow-roasted prime rib.
Following the retirement of longtime general manager Frances "Fran" LeGrand Wagner, F Street has appointed Ashley Feucht Gregoriou, whose 15 years of experience include a recent post as Associate Event Coordinator for Shully’s Cuisine and Events.
"Judi and I are confident that the F Street team will carry on the culture and tradition that we and our employees worked hard to build over the last ten-plus years," notes George Prescott. "We look forward to enjoying the warmth, ambiance and great food at Timmers Resort for many years to come."

In 2024, Lori was honored with a "Top 20 Women in Hospitality to Watch" award by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
