A new development near the Park East Corridor has taken another step forward after McKinley Avenue, LLC acquired a pair of Downtown buildings.

The buildings include 45,000 square feet of space and encompass nearly three-quarters of a city block at the corner of North 6th Street and McKinley Boulevard.

Everest College will be the development's anchor tenant.
