The new Bayshore Town Center announced today that it has yet another Wisconsin first lined up. Devon Seafood Grill, an "upscale casual" concept restaurant operated by Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc., is scheduled to open in November 2006.

The restaurant includes an oyster bar and has fresh seafood flown in daily. The menu features items such as almond encrusted Costa Rican tilapia, tuna tartare, and a handful of market-fresh fish such as Chilean seabass and mahi mahi. An average lunch bill ranges from $15 to $20 and an average dinner bill is approximately $40.

The Bayshore location will be the restaurant's eighth location nationally, with other locations in Chicago and Philadelphia. Locations in Kansas City, St. Louis, and Atlanta operate under different names that reflect the different sites.
