Food Network chef and author Giada De Laurentiis is coming to the Riverside Theater Friday, April 6.

De Laurentiis will share cooking tips and her favorite recipes to promote her new book, "Weeknights."

Tickets to the 7 p.m. event, presented by Next Chapter Book Shop, are $42.50 and include a copy of De Laurentiis' book. Pre-sales start Monday, Jan. 30, and tickets go on sale to the public starting Friday, Feb. 3 at noon.

Eventgoers can also upgrade to a Bartolotta's dining package when ordering, which includes dinner at Harbor House of Bacchus before the event.
