Cyndi Lauper will open for Cher at the Oscar-winning diva's June 6 concert at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. The concert is a part of Cher's "Dressed To Kill" tour.
Lauper is most famous for her '80s pop hits "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," "True Colors" and "Time After Time." Most recently, however, Lauper has been in the spotlight for writing the music and lyrics to the smash hit Broadway production of "Kinky Boots," which won the 2013 Tony Award for Best Musical.
The show also just snagged Lauper a Grammy for Best Musical Theater Album, her first Grammy win since being awarded Best New Artist in 1985.
Tickets for the Cher/Cyndi Lauper concert are currently on sale at the BMO Harris Bradley Center's website.
