Follow along with Zocalo's skilled bartenders at the Tavern while they show off their favorite cocktails. And make sure to head over there as soon as you can, because these particular options are only available until the end of March before their menu change.

Start by reaching for something refreshing at the Tavern with a ZoCollins. This cocktail features a piney Rehorst Gin, sweet housemade honey ginger simple syrup and garnished with a bundle of smokey lemon roasted rosemary.
Then add some spice to your life with the Strawberry Margarita. This mouth-watering cocktail features a tajin-rimmed glass with El Jimador Blanco tequila, juicy strawberry puree, succulent lime, simple syrup, triple sec and dressed in a strawberry and dehydrated lime for that perfect aesthetic.
