Sunday's Chicagotribune.com and its print edition had an interesting analysis of the casinos in the greater Chicagoland area. Reporter Jason George analyzed nine casinos within 100 miles of Downtown Chicago. He also ranked them, listing them "in order of (his) affection."
Landing on the top of his list? Milwaukee's very own Potawatomi Bingo Casino.
Here's what he had to say about Potawatomi:
"In 18 years, Potawatomi has grown from a humble bingo parlor to the region's top spot for gaming entertainment.
"Tons of tables and slots? Check.
"Good food? Check.
"Cool bar and nightclub? Check.
"Simply put, Saturday night here feels like a trip to Sin City, minus the flight."
