The Milwaukee Brewers GM Doug Melvin announced today that manager Ron Roenicke will keep his current coaching staff for another year.

"The coaching staff worked extremely hard and were a big part of our success this season," said Melvin in a statement. "Their experience and day-to-day focus on game preparation did not go unnoticed by Ron and the front office."

Dale Sveum returns for his seventh season overall and fourth as hitting coach. Rick Kranitz enters his second season as pitching coach. Third-base coach Ed Sedar, bullpen coach Stan Kyles, first-base coach Garth Iorg, bench coach Jerry Narron and outfield coach John Shelby are the other members of the coaching staff.
