"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee is back for another round, brought to you by Great Northern Distilling: grain to glass spirits, handmade in Wisconsin. The whole month of March, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun articles on bars and clubs – including guides, the latest trends, bar reviews, the results of our Best of Bars readers poll and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

Franchise owner Nick Marking made a lot of happy drinkers when he brought more than 80 beers on tap to The Brass Tap. The bar and restaurant, which opened in a Greenfield strip mall last January, is the first Brass Tap franchise to open in Wisconsin. 

Don't worry about being a beer snob in this bar – all staff must go through a "beer school" prior to starting and will happily chat with you on why you should go in one frothy direction or another. 

A patio was attached at the end of last spring and brings a cozy outdoor seating element to the southwest corner of Milwaukee County. 

The OnMilwaukee editorial staff chose new Riverwest option Company Brewing for its tasty pours and powerful cocktails.
