The voters cast their ballots -- and the editors agree -- for Bar Louie as Milwaukee's best chain bar.

It's a solid choice. The two Milwaukee-area locations, 1114 N. Water St. and at the Bayshore Town Center, both offer the same wide selection of tap and bottled beer, specialty drinks -- and affordable specials -- to two very different groups of clientele.

Although plenty of people head to the Water Street location for a quick bite, the Downtown location is right smack in the center of the popular bar district.

Up at Bayshore, you'll find a lot of diners, but many stop in for happy hour or nightly specials.
