Comet Cafe
It's no surprise readers picked Comet Cafe as their favorite – it has nabbed the title before and continues to offer quality food in a fun setting.
Comet Cafe is a cozy diner and bar that serves up made-from-scratch comfort food like meatloaf, "cheesy-gooey sandwiches" and breakfast until 3 p.m. every day. The menu items are made with seasonal, mostly local products, with a nice mix of meaty and veggie dishes.
Best of all? Every Sunday night is Bacon Night – as in free baskets of bacon. Just take a minute to let the splendor of those words sink in.
