Food, fun, science and, of course, beer are all featured at Amorphic's third annual math nerd beer fest.

The event – which debuted two years ago – takes place at the brewery on March 14 and 16 and the return is part of the brewery's self-professed, "never ending quest to stay the most science-nerd-esque brewery in Milwaukee."

Here's what you can expect (in the words of Amorphic) ...

Thursday, March 14

Enjoy free Honeypie cafe pie with you beer beginning at 4 p.m. Then, at 7 p.m., play (for free!) a special edition of Trivia Nerd BINGO game with all-STEM-related questions.

Saturday, March 16

A pair of free, all-ages engineering challenges (with prizes!) will take place from 2 to 4 p.m.

First up is Egg Drop – Extreme Edition. You know this one. You use materials provided to create a device to prevent your egg breaking when you it's dropped off the roof.

Then there's the Unsinkable Challenge. You'll build at boat using materials provided to hold as much weight as possible without sinking.

On Saturdays, you can take the free shuttle between Riverwest's five breweries. More on that here.
