Former Marquette forward Ryan Amoroso has accepted a scholarship to play at San Diego State. Amoroso, who left the Golden Eagles program just before the team played in the NCAA tournament in San Diego, will sit out a season as a redshirt and be eligible to play in 2007-'08.
San Diego State played in the tournament last season. Amoroso played 57 games for the Golden Eagles and averaged 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds.
