The SEED Foundation hosts its ninth annual Swing with Shorewood Saturday, March 10 at Discovery World. With live music and dinner catered by Bartolotta's, this important event helps fund grands for projects and programs in our public schools.
Since 2004, Swing with Shorewood has raised nearly $585,000 to help teachers and schools implement new academic curriculum and safety programs, purchase new computers and other classroom equipment, and much more.
There will be a silent auction, raffle, dinner and live entertainment by Shorewood Students and Tweed Funk.
Tweed Funk wraps together blues, funk, hip-hop and soulful vocals. The event costs $80 per person. To RSVP, contact Melissa Nelson by Feb. 29 at (414) 964-1842.
