The Milwaukee Athletic Club announced that four established creative professionals will join its Membership via the MAC Maker Program this month.
The MAC Maker Program brings together a writer (Jenna Kashou), dancer (Christopher Gilbert), photographer (Samer Ghani) and DJ (DJ Shawna) to curate unique programming for current members and attract new members who care about an inclusive and connected community. These members will enhance the Club experience by curating programming and further connecting with Brew City.
The Milwaukee Athletic Club underwent a $61-million renovation project that was completed in 2022.
“We are so excited to see what this passionate group of Milwaukee ambassadors will add as members to our Club within our community as they come together and let their creative minds get to work,” says Joe Kurth, COO of the Milwaukee Athletic Club. “We are excited to continue to create a different type of Club experience for Milwaukee where everyone belongs.”
Molly Snyder started writing and publishing her work at the age 10, when her community newspaper printed her poem, "The Unicorn.” Since then, she's expanded beyond the subject of mythical creatures and written in many different mediums but, nearest and dearest to her heart, thousands of articles for OnMilwaukee.
Molly is a regular contributor to FOX6 News and numerous radio stations as well as the co-host of "Dandelions: A Podcast For Women.” She's received five Milwaukee Press Club Awards, served as the Pfister Narrator and is the Wisconsin State Fair’s Celebrity Cream Puff Eating Champion of 2019.
