After 18 months in development, 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. is entering the hopping hard seltzer market with a beverage inspired by sunshine and good vibes.
The low-carb, gluten-free hard seltzer will be available in three flavors: tropical (passionfruit, dragonfruit and papaya); clearly citrus (pink grapefruit and tangerine); and wild berry (raspberry and blackberry).
Cloudless Hard Seltzer boasts a craft process featuring natural fruit flavors and pure Wisconsin water. Each slim 12-ounce can weighs in at 100 calories, two grams of sugar and 5 percent ABV. The product will be produced and packaged at the 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. brewery facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Today we got a sneak peek at the product and put it to to the test during a live tasting.
The seltzer will be available for purchase in single-flavor six-packs and 12-can variety packs featuring four cans of each flavor. The initial drop of Cloudless cans is expected to hit the market around Feb. 7; it will be distributed to local bars, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores in Wisconsin and the Chicago-market.
